創始人周先生是香港註冊會計師（執業會計師）《會計及財務滙報局條例》（第588章）(前身《香港專業會計師條例》（第50章）) 註冊的資深執業會計師。周先生曾在其中一間四大會計師事務所擔任審計經理，處理香港上市公司、跨國企業、香港中小企及慈善團體的審計工作，亦曾參與香港及內地上市公司(上交所)的重大收購及出售項目等等。
此外，周先生曾於本港大型物流公司任職財務高管及香港上市公司獨立非執行董事，熟識企業文化及作業流程。周先生曾負責行業龍頭收購項目、境外收購項目、統籌全球稅務籌畫和合規管理及主導多次集團股權及職能架構重組、運營及管理業務等等，具備豐富會計專業及商業營運經驗。

Founder Mr. Chow is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and a Fellow of CPA practising registered under the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council Ordinance (Chapter 588) (formerly the Hong Kong Professional Accountants Ordinance (Chapter 50)). Mr. Chow previously served as an audit manager at one of the Big Four accounting firms. He handled audit engagements for Hong Kong listed companies, multinational corporations, Hong Kong small and medium-sized enterprises, and charitable organizations. He has also handled the assurance engagements in Very Substantial Acquisition and Very Substantial Disposal of listed companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China (Shanghai Stock Exchange).
In addition, Mr. Chow has served as a finance senior management of a logistics company in Hong Kong and appointed as an independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong listed company. He is familiar with corporate culture and process flow of large-size company. He has been responsible for acquisition projects with industry top, cross-border acquisitions, global tax and compliance management, group restructuring, organisation restructuring and daily operations and business management. He is experienced in both accounting and business operations.
